Selon les chiffres r\u00e9cents du Market Monitor 2024, publi\u00e9s par Becom, le pouvoir d&#8217;achat num\u00e9rique des Belges continue d\u2019augmenter. Mais \u00e0 quoi cela ressemble-t-il concr\u00e8tement? Et qu\u2019est-ce que cela signifie pour les entreprises actives en ligne? Pour les entreprises, il est essentiel de comprendre les tendances d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui afin d&#8217;\u00eatre pr\u00eates \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis de demain.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Aper\u00e7u du e-commerce en 2024<\/h4>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 belge du commerce \u00e9lectronique poursuit sa croissance. En 2024, 17,4 milliards d\u2019euros ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pens\u00e9s en ligne, soit une hausse de 6,7 % par rapport \u00e0 2023. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, les achats en ligne repr\u00e9sentent plus d\u2019un quart de toutes les d\u00e9penses, avec une part de 25,2 % du total. Non seulement les d\u00e9penses totales augmentent, mais le nombre de transactions en ligne progresse \u00e9galement de 4,6 %, atteignant 179 millions. En outre, la port\u00e9e du march\u00e9 en ligne s\u2019\u00e9largit: 8,9 millions de Belges ont effectu\u00e9 au moins un achat en ligne en 2024, soit une augmentation de 5,3 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>En moyenne, le consommateur belge a effectu\u00e9 20 achats en ligne en 2024, pour une d\u00e9pense annuelle de 1.954 \u20ac par personne, soit environ 97 \u20ac par achat. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse par rapport \u00e0 2023. Ces chiffres confirment que le commerce \u00e9lectronique en Belgique est devenu un canal de vente \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. Cependant, les entreprises doivent continuer \u00e0 investir dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client num\u00e9rique pour maintenir cette croissance.<\/p>\n<h4>La strat\u00e9gie omnicanal devient indispensable<\/h4>\n<p>Alors que le march\u00e9 total (en ligne + hors ligne) continue de cro\u00eetre, la croissance des d\u00e9penses en ligne (+6,7 %) d\u00e9passe celle des d\u00e9penses hors ligne (+2,5 %). Bien que le canal hors ligne reste pr\u00e9dominant, l\u2019\u00e9cart se r\u00e9duit progressivement. Ces chiffres montrent que les consommateurs combinent de plus en plus les deux canaux. Cela indique un volume \u00e9lev\u00e9 de petits achats (comme les v\u00eatements ou les produits de grande consommation). En revanche, pour les services (voyages, billets d\u2019avion, etc.), c\u2019est l\u2019inverse : 34,5 % des achats en nombre mais 51,3 % en valeur. Cela signifie qu\u2019il y a moins d\u2019achats de services, mais que ceux-ci sont de valeur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h4>Secteurs en t\u00eate<\/h4>\n<p>Dans le domaine du e-commerce, l\u2019habillement reste le leader en nombre de transactions, avec pas moins de 32,3 millions d\u2019achats. En termes de valeur, ce sont les services li\u00e9s aux voyages qui dominent, avec 4 milliards d\u2019euros d\u00e9pens\u00e9s pour des voyages \u00e0 forfait. Dans le secteur des services, le gaming et les jeux d\u2019argent se distinguent avec 24,4 millions d\u2019achats, en faisant la cat\u00e9gorie la plus populaire de son segment.<\/p>\n<h4>Cat\u00e9gories \u00e0 la croissance la plus rapide<\/h4>\n<p>Depuis 2023, on observe une augmentation marqu\u00e9e des d\u00e9penses en ligne pour les produits. Les cat\u00e9gories qui ont le plus progress\u00e9 sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jouets : +17,33 %<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9lectronique : +9,98 %<\/li>\n<li>Maison &amp; jardin : +8,38 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, certaines d\u00e9penses hors ligne diminuent, notamment dans les secteurs des m\u00e9dias &amp; divertissement (-8,90 %) et du sport &amp; loisirs (-8,21 %). La croissance de l\u2019e-commerce ne se manifeste pas seulement par un plus grand nombre d\u2019acheteurs, mais aussi par une diversit\u00e9 croissante de secteurs et produits. La combinaison des canaux physique et digital devient primordiale. Une strat\u00e9gie omnicanal bien pens\u00e9e, centr\u00e9e sur le client, offre des opportunit\u00e9s importantes pour rester pertinent face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des comportements d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<h4>Conclusion : la digitalisation reste essentielle<\/h4>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 belge du commerce \u00e9lectronique continue de cro\u00eetre et de se d\u00e9velopper pour devenir un canal de vente \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, parall\u00e8lement au canal hors ligne. En 2024, le commerce en ligne repr\u00e9sentera pour la premi\u00e8re fois plus d&#8217;un quart de l&#8217;ensemble des achats. Cela constitue une base claire pour les tendances de 2025 : plus de personnalisation, une meilleure int\u00e9gration entre le hors ligne et l&#8217;en ligne et plus d&#8217;attentes des consommateurs en mati\u00e8re de rapidit\u00e9 et de commodit\u00e9.
