Questa tecnica risulta essere, secondo Feeney, la pi\u00f9 mirata, la pi\u00f9 efficace e soprattutto una strada da percorrere nel futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Una delle sfide del social marketing \u00e8 quella di riuscire a identificare i dati pi\u00f9 rilevanti in tempo reale in modo da poter offrire un\u2019esperienza personalizzata per i consumatori on-line.<\/p>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 il primo livello di social marketing.
