Il 78% dei \u201c<em>mobile surfers<\/em>\u201d utilizza lo\u00a0<em>smartphone<\/em>\u00a0per fare shopping sia nella fase di pre-vendita, sia di acquisto vero e proprio, sia in quella di post-vendita. \u00a0Questi dati hanno quindi una caratteristica comune: il mondo <strong>mobile.\u00a0<\/strong>Il 2015, quindi, ha tutte le carte in regola per far s\u00ec che sia l\u2019anno del mobile. L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di semplificare, ottimizzare e rendere personalizzabile l\u2019esperienza utente e di aumentare la sua fidelazzazione ai brand.<\/p>\n<p>Un altro fattore \u00e8 l\u2019aumento dell\u2019utilizzo di <strong>App<\/strong>, in particolare nel settore del retail dove la shopping experience \u00a0\u00a0viene aumentata grazie al crescente numero di applicazioni per smartphone che offrono contenuti extra ai consumatori. Lo shopping si sta trasformando in un\u2019esperienza che diventer\u00e0 sempre pi\u00f9 interattiva e personalizzata, oltre che responsabile della creazione di un legame pi\u00f9 forte con la marca durante il processo di acquisto e oltre.<\/p>\n<p>Il fattore centrale riguarda i social media. Oggi, gli utenti stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 critici nei confronti dei contenuti proposti dalle brand page.
