L\u201982% acquista da PC (80% dato globale) seguito dal cellulare al 36% (44% globale) e dal tablet al 25% (31% globale).<\/p>\n<p>Diventa necessario, visto che il web sta avendo un ruolo complementare rispetto al negozio fisico, accelerare un circolo virtuoso tra punto vendita e rete in modo da generare un\u2019interconnessione completa tra fisico e virtuale.<\/p>\n<p>In Italia, sempre stando ai risultati della ricerca, le categorie dove avvengono il maggior numero di acquisti sono voli online (42%), prenotazione di alberghi (35%), libri cartacei (32%) e accessori e scarpe (30%).<\/p>\n<p>Un canale importante per gli acquisti online \u00e8 costituito dai <strong>social network<\/strong>, perch\u00e9 permettono di veicolare i prodotti online, visto che un italiano su 3 \u00e8 collegato per aggiornarsi sul business online.<\/p>\n<p>La ragione per cui si ricorre all\u2019online \u00e8 la comodit\u00e0. Molti utenti non si fidano a dare le informazioni della carta di credito e prima di procedere all\u2019acquisto online il 60% degli italiani legge la recensione sul prodotto e sul servizio. Gli acquisti in rete si dimostrano pi\u00f9 convenienti rispetto a quelli di un negozio fisico. L\u2019unico neo \u00e8 rappresentato dalle spese di spedizione, che costituiscono una barriera per lo shopping online<strong>. <\/strong>Confrontando le modalit\u00e0 di acquisto online con quella tradizionale nel negozio, emerge che gli utenti vengono a conoscenza delle novit\u00e0 sul prodotto grazie alle promozioni (53%) o ad uno sconto tramite coupon (35%), formule classiche della pubblicit\u00e0 (24%). Il campione gratuito nel negozio funziona solo per il 17% dei consumatori, mentre il display scende al 13%.
