La qualit\u00e0 dei contenuti \u00e8 fondamentale per mantenere elevata la visibilit\u00e0 del brand, ma per far s\u00ec che essa possa rendere al massimo \u00e8 necessario che sia accompagnata da alcuni individui di riferimento che siano in grado di presentarla al mondo esterno e che siano fortemente in grado di influenzare l\u2019opinione di un vasto pubblico in tempi rapidi. Quindi diventa importante integrare <strong>influencer marketing<\/strong> e <strong>content marketing<\/strong>, anche perch\u00e9\u00a0 \u00a0non esistono l\u2019uno senza l\u2019altro. Senza gli influencer il contenuto rimane fermo, senza grandi possibilit\u00e0 di sviluppo; senza contenuto, invece, non \u00e8 possibile scambiare e condividere informazioni rilevanti per il target d\u2019elezione<em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ci sono 4 passaggi per integrare le strategie di <strong>influencer<\/strong> e <strong>content strategy<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>selezione<\/strong>: in questa prima fase, la parte pi\u00f9 delicata \u00e8 l\u2019individuazione degli influencer<strong>. <\/strong>Gli influencer sono i nuovi punti di forza di questa tendenza perch\u00e9 possono comunicare a centinaia di migliaia di persone in target con il brand. Essi permettono la realizzazione di una comunicazione differente, con modalit\u00e0 a cascata che consente di amplificare la portata dei messaggi del brand. \u00c8 in questa fase che <strong>vanno <\/strong>identificati gli influencer in grado di interagire e produrre contenuti pertinenti rispetto a quello specifico step del customer journey<strong>, <\/strong>ossia il percorso che ciascun utente, opportunamente inserito nel proprio cluster socio-demografico, compie prima di effettuare un\u2019azione rilevante per il brand, Ogni fase del customer journey ha, pertanto, bisogno di una specifica tipologia di contenuti e di influencer in grado di coinvolgere gli utenti e svolgere un ruolo attivo nel processo decisionale.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>ascolto<\/strong>: L\u2019<strong>ascolto attivo<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>degli influencer costituisce la chiave di successo; esso permette di identificare le conversazioni e i trend, individuare i contenuti che interessano la propria audience di riferimento, colmare il gap che si crea tra brand e target e trovare nuove ed efficaci opportunit\u00e0 di coinvolgimento in tempo reale.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>collaborazione<\/strong>: per poter iniziare a collaborare con gli influencer diventa necessario analizzare i contenuti e i topic su cui essi scrivono, sul tipo di informazioni che condividono, sulla qualit\u00e0 delle conversazioni che sono in grado di generare.
