L\u2019obiettivo, quindi, era quello di stabilire una gerarchia di bisogni strutturata in modo tale che quelli pi\u00f9 in alto siano perseguibili solo quando quelli pi\u00f9 in basso fossero realizzabili.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>E\u2019 interessante applicare questa piramide al <strong>social media marketing<\/strong> per spiegare quali sono le esigenze alla base di questi canali.<\/p>\n<p>I 5 step , partendo dalla base, sono i seguenti: social presence, engagement, content marketing, traffic and conversion e strategic integration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alla base di tutto il movimento c\u2019 \u00e8 la presenza sui social (<strong>social presence<\/strong>); la presenza sui social per un\u2019azienda \u00e8 importante per due motivi: l\u2019azienda non deve aspettare che i suoi clienti la trovino facendo ricerche online tramite i motori di ricerca; l\u2019azienda stessa si rende direttamente visibili agli utenti, decidendo quali caratteristiche e target deve avere la sua audience.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta presenti, il secondo passaggio \u00e8 la ricerca dell\u2019interazione, dell\u2019<strong>engagement<\/strong>. Lo scopo \u00e8 quello di ricevere dei feedback (commenti, retweet, like o condivisioni) che permettono di stabilire il coinvolgimento degli utenti quando viene pubblicato un post, un tweet o un video sui canali social.<\/p>\n<p>Il posto al centro della piramide viene occupato dal <strong>content marketing<\/strong>; Oggi nel business di un\u2019azienda i contenuti sono una componente chiave per determinare il successo. Le caratteristiche principali per una strategia di content marketing sono: la <strong>consistenza<\/strong>, la <strong>continuit\u00e0<\/strong> e la <strong>diffusione<\/strong>. Occorre progettare contenuti che forniscono un valore informativo (consistenza) con obiettivi di medio-lungo termine (continuit\u00e0) e che siano idonei ad essere distribuiti su piattaforme digitali a partire dai social media, che siano facilmente rintracciabili sui motori di ricerca e che siano adatti anche su mobile (diffusione). Il materiale deve essere originale, brillante, utile e in linea con gli obiettivi.
