Altri ancora ci accompagneranno sempre. <strong>Una interessante indagine americana ha rilevato come siano <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">solo cinque<\/span> i brand ai quali si pu\u00f2 veramente essere fedeli.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Immaginate di trovarvi ad un supermercato o ad un outlet, dove avete a disposizione diversi brand. Vi dirigerete l\u00e0 dove credete che potrete soddisfare maggiormante i vostri desideri di consumatori. E&#8217; naturale che come ci siano le preferenze per delle pietanze, vi siano anche le preferenze per alcuni specifici marchi che pi\u00f9 si adattano alla propria personalit\u00e0. La IBM in una ricerca di marketing comportamentale ha rilevato come ognuno di noi <strong>sia legato massimo a cinque di questi brand<\/strong>. Lo studio \u00e8 stato portato avanti sulla base delle email che gli utenti aprivano costantemente e sui prodotti di quel marchio che acquistavano semmai proprio dopo l&#8217;apertura della posta elettronica.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie a questo studio, dunque, si pu\u00f2 comprendere se alcuni brand che si dicono vincenti possono annoverarsi tra la top five dei loro affiliati o se essi fanno parte semplicemente del loro cuore temporaneamente. <strong>Meritarsi la fedelt\u00e0 negli anni di un cliente \u00e8 creare con lui un rapporto che \u00e8 fatto di un percorso e di traguardi da condividere<\/strong>. Tutte le aziende di successo sono aziende che sono riuscite a crescere empaticamente con i loro clienti. A loro non hanno venduto solo prodotti, ma anche emozioni. Se hanno venduto sensazioni allora quei clienti si ricorderanno di loro. Altrimenti passeranno e scivoleranno via.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;email marketing dunque ha una grande importanza se \u00e8 conforme alle esigenze dei clienti e se stipula con loro empatia. <strong>Il 65% di utenti ha sottolineato come \u00e8 propenso ad aprire la posta elettronica proveniente da brand di cui si fida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Da questo studio si \u00e8 anche visto come le email dei brand americani colpiscono di pi\u00f9 se al loro interno vi sono<strong> persone di spicco<\/strong> conosciute da tutti.
