Questa preferenza \u00e8 dovuta principalmente al comportamento del consumatore, il quale sembra essere maggiormente attratto dal messaggio promozionale ricevuto via mail piuttosto che dall\u2019inserzione che pu\u00f2 incontrare scorrendo la home di Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Non c\u2019\u00e8 la certezza che gli ottimi risultati del 2017 siano ripetuti anche nell\u2019anno corrente ma ci sono alcuni indicatori che possono darci l\u2019idea di quali saranno i trend per il 2018. Prima fra tutte \u00e8 la personalizzazione dei contenuti, sempre pi\u00f9 vicini all\u2019utente e i suoi interessi. Altra novit\u00e0, l\u2019interazione tra utente e messaggio mail grazie all\u2019inserimento di sondaggi, immagini, materiali condivisibili direttamente sui social.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, le mail pubblicitarie saranno predisposte in modo tale da semplificarne l\u2019usabilit\u00e0 da telefono cellulare.
