In dit artikel worden drie belangrijke e-mailmarketing trends voor 2022 besproken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Hyperpersonalisatie wordt het doel.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>De juiste boodschap, op het juiste moment aan de juiste persoon verzenden staat nog steeds centraal bij e-mailmarketing. Veel bedrijven zijn de afgelopen jaren aan de slag gegaan met Artificial intelligence en dit kan helpen bij hyperpersonalisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Het juiste verzendmoment bepalen per consument is lastig, maar wordt tegenwoordig steeds makkelijker gemaakt. Bij verschillende e-mail serviceproviders is een specifiek mechanisme ge\u00efntegreerd en hiermee bepaal je op basis van de historische open data wat het beste verzendmoment is. Op deze manier kan je dezelfde nieuwsbrief naar verschillende mensen sturen op het voor de desbetreffende beste moment en vergroot het de kans dat men de e-mail opent.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Het cre\u00ebren van de juiste mix.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Zorg ervoor dat je de juiste mix aan communicatiekanalen cre\u00ebert en niet enkel de focus op e-mail legt. Gemiddeld hebben e-mails een open ratio van 40%, dus dat betekent dat meer dan de helft van de geadresseerden deze niet eens openen. Het is bijvoorbeeld een idee om een retargeting-advertentie op bepaalde sites of social media te laten zien als men de bezoeker de website heeft verlaten met een volle winkelwagen.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast is het belangrijke om een juiste mix in type mails te hebben. Segmenteer op basis van een RFM-analyse.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In een RFM-analyse bepaalt je aan de hand van het aankoopbedrag van klanten uit je database welke consumenten de hoogste en laagste waarden krijgen. RFM staat voor recentheid (recency), Frequentie (Frequency) en besteed bedrag per bestelling (monetary value).<\/p>\n<p>Via de RFM-analyse stuur je verschillende nieuwsbrieven naar verschillende klanten. Bij trend werd hyperpersonalisatie besproken en dat dit de norm wordt. Consumenten vinden het vervelend om irrelevante informatie te krijgen en zullen in het vervolg de nieuwsbrief niet meer openen of zich zelfs uitschrijven voor de nieuwsbrief.
