Het is dus van belang om de nieuwsbrief lijst actief te onderhouden en je abonnees betrokken te houden. In dit artikel delen we een aantal tips om nieuwsbrieflezers enthousiast te houden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>1. Onderwerpregel<\/h4>\n<p>De onderwerpregel van je nieuwsbrief is de plek om aandacht te trekken, maar hoe doe je dat echt effectief? Door met de deur in huis te vallen. Het blijkt dat je meer bereikt door krachtige woorden te gebruiken of door een sociale bewijslast te leveren. Als sociale bewijslast kan er gedacht worden aan \u2018al duizend klanten kozen voor dit product\u2019.<\/p>\n<h4>2. USP&#8217;s van jouw merk<\/h4>\n<p>E-mailmarketing kan worden afgesteld op de fase waarin de abonnee of klant zich bevindt. Herinner de doelgroepen die al enige tijd geen aankoop meer hebben gedaan aan jouw product. Benoem hierbij de USP\u2019s nog eens in de nieuwbrief en tip de nieuwe bestsellers. Dit is ook het juiste moment waarop je jouw merk weer eens kunt presenteren. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld laten weten waar je de afgelopen tijd mee bezig bent geweest. Deel positieve berichten!<\/p>\n<h4>3. Luisteren<\/h4>\n<p>De sleutel van iedere goede relatie is goed luisteren naar elkaars voorkeuren. Dit geldt ook voor de relatie met je klanten en abonnees. Nodig hen hierom ook uit om de voorkeuren te delen zodat je je e-mailmarketing al in een vroeg stadium kunt gaan afstemmen. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld door bij het aanmelden al te vragen over welke onderwerpen ze berichten willen ontvangen, via welk kanaal, hoe vaak ze dat zouden willen en op welk moment van de dag.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Breng de afhakers in kaart<\/h4>\n<p>De redenen waarom klanten of abonnees afhaken kunnen enorm uiteenlopen. Met behulp van segmentatietools kunnen de groepen in kaart worden gebracht. Dit kan via verschillende marketing automation systemen. Maar vaak kan je ook met je bestaande platform voor e-mailmarketing al flink wat stappen zetten. De meeste systemen kunnen bijvoorbeeld de abonnees uit de lijsten filteren die al een bepaalde tijd geen activiteit hebben vertoond. Als je dit hebt gedaan kan je de groepen verder splitsen naar mate van de betrokkenheid die ze hebben gehad met jouw merk. Dit kan door het kijken naar wie er de afgelopen maanden nog een aankoop heeft gedaan, wie opent 1 keer per maand je nieuwsbrief en bij wie is het meer dan een jaar geleden?<\/p>\n<h4>5. Afmeldknop<\/h4>\n<p>Klanten of abonnees op de nieuwsbrief waarbij de interesse is wegge\u00ebbd kun je beter niet op de maillijst hebben. Zij kunnen namelijk een negatieve invloed op je CTR en CTO hebben, omdat het hierbij altijd om het totale percentage van de lijst gaat. Het verkleinen van de maillijst verkleint de kans om uiteindelijk als spam te worden gemarkeerd. Toon begrip naar de afhakers in je afmeldmail.
