De media is ook flink bijdragend aan de polarisatie en fragmentatie. Alles wat er gezegd wordt, moet ingedeeld worden in een kamp of fragment. Dit is begonnen in de politiek en versterkt door sociale media. De polarisatie wordt versterkt doordat mensen een kant op gedreven worden en er een gevoel heerst dat als je niet voor de \u00e9\u00e9n bent, je automatisch voor de ander bent. Mensen duiken hun comfortzone en eigen veilige bubbel in en sluiten zich af voor de rest en het onbekende. Werk daarnaast aan de doorontwikkeling en vertaal kernwaarden van de organisatie en de belangrijkste stakeholders in een communicatiekompas voor alle communicatiemedewerkers en beleidsambtenaren.<\/p>\n<h4>Laat zien wie je echt bent<\/h4>\n<p>Consumenten zijn in de loop der tijd een wantrouwend gevoel aangeleerd. Je moet transparant en eerlijk zijn wil je het vertrouwen van de consument winnen. Mensen zijn door bijvoorbeeld de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rijksoverheid.nl\/onderwerpen\/kinderopvangtoeslag\/maatregelen-kinderopvangtoeslag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"external\">toeslagenaffaire<\/a> wantrouwend geworden naar de overheid en elkaar.
