Paradox of Choice<br \/>\n<\/strong>Als de consument te veel keuzemogelijkheid heeft op de webshop, dan wordt de kans dat ze daadwerkelijk een keuze maken een stuk kleiner. Het is namelijk moeilijker om een keuze te maken wanneer er veel keuze is; hierdoor ontstaat er een paradox. Wanneer er op jouw website te veel verschillende producten aangeboden worden, moet je de paradox of choice proberen te voorkomen. Dit kan gedaan worden door bijvoorbeeld voor voldoende sorteer- en filtermogelijkheden te zorgen. Hierdoor kan de consument het keuze-aanbod beperkter maken. \u202fDe consument kan een relevante selectie maken als hij\/zij niet alleen op categorie kan selecteren, maar ook op kleur en maat. Door dit principe toe te passen, wordt de kans op meer conversie een stuk groter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Loss aversion<br \/>\n<\/strong>De motivatie om een verlies te voorkomen ligt altijd hoger, dit komt natuurlijk omdat een verlies zwaarder weegt dan een winst. Dit hangt nauw samen met het principe van verleiding van <a href=\"https:\/\/deredactie.nl\/tips\/de-7-principes-van-cialdini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"external\">Cialdini<\/a>. Decoy effect<br \/>\n<\/strong>Bij het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nataschabauwens.nl\/decoy-effect-in-marketing-voorbeelden\/#:~:text=Decoy%20effect%20voorbeelden&amp;text=Denk%20maar%20eens%20aan%20het,of%20cola%20bij%20een%20fastfoodketen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"external\">Decoy effect<\/a> wordt er gestuurd op de optie die het aantrekkelijkst lijkt. Bij dit principe wordt er vaak een derde optie toegevoegd. Denk aan small, medium en large formaten zoals bijvoorbeeld koffie of popcorn. Op deze manier kun je de websitebezoekers sturen naar de optie die jij wilt dat ze kiezen. Zorg er altijd voor dat de derde optie qua prijs tussen de goedkope en de dure optie zit, maar dat de prijs net wat dichter bij de dure ligt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pain of Paying<br \/>\n<\/strong>Het uitgeven van geld activeert het hersengebied dat ook getriggerd wordt bij fysieke pijn. Hierdoor wil je natuurlijk de consumenten zo min mogelijk herinneren dat ze geld uit moeten geven. Dit kun je doen door middel van het weglaten van het euroteken, de prijzen niet te groot in beeld te zetten en pas zo laat mogelijk in het proces om de betaalmethode te vragen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Anchoring effect<br \/>\n<\/strong>De essentie van het <a href=\"https:\/\/klikproces.nl\/anchoring-effect\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"external\">Anchoring effect<\/a> is dat de eerste informatie wordt vergeleken met de informatie die daarna komt. Het Anchoring effect kan worden toegepast bij de prijzen. Door eerst de producten met een hogere prijs te tonen, vallen de producten die daarna worden getoond met een lagere prijs mee. Hierdoor wordt de kans op een conversie groter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Goal-gradient effect<br \/>\n<\/strong>Als de consument dicht bij zijn doel is gekomen, is de motivatie om het uiteindelijke doel te bereiken veel hoger. Als je de consument richting een bepaald doel wil sturen, is het belangrijk om de progressie te laten zien. Dit kan heel simpel door middel van een voortgangsbalk bij het bestelproces toe te voegen. Belangrijk hierbij is dat de balk gedeeltelijk is gevuld als de consument voor het eerst in beeld krijgt.
