Dit bedrag stijgt ieder jaar en de verwachting is dat dit in 2023 ook weer het geval zal zijn. Volgens Thuiswinkel.org gebruikt 70% van de Nederlanders hun telefoon om een online aankoop te doen. Ook aankopen via social media zijn in 2022 toegenomen, want 31% geeft aan in 2022 een aankoop te hebben gedaan via een social media kanaal. De populaire producten die online werden gekocht zijn kleding, schoenen en elektronische apparaten.<\/p>\n<h4>Belangrijke punten voor de online consument<\/h4>\n<p>Punten waar online consumenten naar kijken tijdens het online bestellen zijn de leveringstijden en hoe makkelijk het is om items te retourneren. Bij het retourneren zijn de kosten ook van belang. Over het algemeen zijn consumenten content met de huidige levertijden maar hebben zij problemen wat betreft het retourneren. 46% van de Nederlandse online consumenten geeft aan in 2022 een online aankoop te hebben geretourneerd. Er wordt wel een duurzame trend ingezet waarbij bedrijven kosten rekenen voor het terugsturen van producten. Dit heeft ook te maken met de stijgende kosten van het retourneren voor bedrijven.<\/p>\n<h4>Online consument wil verschillende betaalopties<\/h4>\n<p>PayPal en iDEAL waren in 2022 veruit de meest gebruikte betaalmethoden van de Nederlandse online consumenten. Wel wordt er een nieuwe trend gezien. Er is namelijk steeds meer vraag naar betaalmethodes waarbij je niet direct hoeft te betalen, zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klarna.com\/nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"external\">Klarna<\/a>. Dit laat zien dat de klanten keuzes willen hebben bij het shoppen en betalen. Het is daarom raadzaam om verschillende betaalmethoden aan te bieden.<\/p>\n<p>Over het algemeen is de trend bij het online shoppen en het gebruik van later betalen betaalmethoden voor zowel producten als diensten meer dan duidelijk.
