Het is dan ook belangrijk om hier een strategie aan te koppelen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Personaliseren? Waarom?<\/h4>\n<p>Als adverteerder weet jij exact wat het <a href=\"https:\/\/skondras.com\/nl\/begrijp-het-aankoopproces-van-je-klant-en-help-hem-beslissen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"external\">aankoopproces<\/a> is van een klant. Sommige adverteerders gebruiken voor de personalisatie bijvoorbeeld een aanbevolen product die naar boven komt wanneer een consument een bepaald product selecteert of al meerdere vergelijkbare producten bekeken heeft. Ook kunnen klanten bijvoorbeeld persoonlijke aanbiedingen ontvangen in een nieuwsbrief. Maar waarom is dit belangrijk? Door een band op te bouwen met de klant, kun je er als adverteerder ervoor zorgen dat de klant geen eenmalige aankoop doet, maar een loyale klant wordt. Hieronder staan een aantal tips hoe je dit kunt realiseren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip 1: Personaliseer de homepage<\/strong><br \/>\nEr zijn meerdere manieren waarop een adverteerder de homepage kan personaliseren. De homepage is de allereerste indruk die de klant krijgt van het merk\/product. Dit is dan ook een goed moment om de klant welkom te heetten en er meteen een goede eerste indruk van te maken. Je kunt er bijvoorbeeld voor kiezen om de klant te laten inloggen zodat je alle informatie van bijvoorbeeld eerdere aankopen kunt tonen. Ook zorgt dit ervoor dat je de persoonlijke aanbiedingen meteen kunt tonen op de homepage naast eventuele standaard aanbiedingen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip 2: Personalisatie in content<\/strong><br \/>\nHet is daarnaast belangrijk dat de klanten zo veel mogelijk informatie te zien krijgen die interessant is voor hun. Je wil dat de klant het idee heeft dat hij\/zij precies op de goede plek aan het zoeken is naar informatie en daarbij overtuigd wordt tot een aankoop. Je kunt de content daarnaast ook afstemmen op eerdere aankopen of eerder zoekgedrag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip 3: Personalisatie in de e-mail campagnes<\/strong><br \/>\nDe inhoud van een mailing moet interessant zijn voor een specifieke klant. Het is hierbij wel belangrijk dat de inhoud van de mail ook exact hetzelfde op de website getoond wordt, anders kan dit zorgen voor verwarring. Het zou jammer zijn wanneer er aandacht gevestigd wordt op een desbetreffende aanbieding die niet op de homepage te vinden is.
