Dat omvat het implementeren van de technologie in de interne en externe processen binnen een organisatie.<\/p>\n<h4>De AI-hype is nog niet voorbij<\/h4>\n<p>De beruchte kant van de geschiedenis blijft verleden tijd, waar deze technologie wordt gezien als robotachtig, zonder menselijke inbreng. Daarom wordt het gezien als ongeschikt voor bedrijven, waar het opbouwen van relaties met klanten boven alles gaat. AI heeft zichzelf zoveel verbeterd dat er al goed gebruik van wordt gemaakt. De meerderheid van de bedrijven is al begonnen of denkt erover om AI in te voeren om taken eenvoudiger en effici\u00ebnter te maken.<\/p>\n<p>De AI-implementatie moet echter goed gedefinieerde stappen doorlopen voor de beste resultaten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 1: planning<\/strong><br \/>\nHet zoeken en sorteren van gegevens vormt de basis van je planning. Het analyseren van de gegevens geeft je vervolgens een probleemstelling, die met verschillende methoden kan worden opgelost. Alleen data gedreven inzichten kunnen de weerstand tegen verandering verminderen en de weg vrijmaken voor samenwerking. Vandaar dat een bedrijf effici\u00ebntie en gewenste resultaten ziet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 2: experimenteren<\/strong><br \/>\nExperimenten in het bedrijfsleven beginnen met kleine stappen en quick wins. Zo kan iedereen binnen je bedrijf meedoen. Niet alleen het datateam moet de juiste strategie spelen. Experts uit andere teams, zoals sales, marketing en juridische afdelingen zijn hier waardevolle activa. Een end-to-end implementatie is op deze manier mogelijk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 3: industrialiseren<\/strong><br \/>\nNadat je succes hebt geboekt met experimenten, is de volgende praktische stap het opschalen. Door naar de resultaten te kijken, kun je concluderen welke het waard zijn om op grote schaal door te voeren. Voor deze stap kan het nodig zijn om projectteams en AI-afdelingen op te zetten. Je kunt hulp krijgen van het AI-kompas om probleemgebieden te identificeren en te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 4: innoveren<\/strong><br \/>\nDit is de laatste stap en is enigszins onvoorspelbaar omdat de projectafsluiting nog niet helder is. De snelheid en kwaliteit van AI hebben misschien geen menselijke controle nodig, maar menselijke tussenkomst is nog steeds van belang. En een machine die je proces versnelt, maakt een mens lui. Daarom zullen menselijke creativiteit en intelligentie nodig zijn om tot echte innovatie te komen. Eenmaal gecombineerd kunnen de resultaten jouw gestelde mijlpalen alsnog bereiken. Je kunt een voorbeeld nemen uit de reisbranche om te zien hoe zij op dit moment AI gebruiken in de reisindustrie voor bedrijfswinsten en klanttevredenheid.<\/p>\n<h4>Conclusie<\/h4>\n<p>Gegevens zijn geen bijproduct, maar een cruciaal onderdeel van de dagelijkse activiteiten van je bedrijf.
