Mede door de noodgedwongen digitale transformatie van verschillende sectoren door de coronapandemie is er echter een enorme versnelling gaande.\u00a0En tekent de\u00a0online markt\u00a0van honderden miljarden zich steeds scherper af. Een speelveld met eigen regels en kansen.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Groei<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Over ongeveer vijf jaar zal het overgrote deel van de handel tussen producenten, leveranciers en inkopers bij afnemers via digitale kanalen verlopen, verwacht DHL Express. Daar zijn honderden miljarden euro\u2019s mee gemoeid. Tachtig procent van de interacties gaat over een paar jaar via digitale kanalen en over zeven jaar gaat het om zeventig procent van de\u00a0B2B-omzetten ter wereld,\u00a0is de voorspelling. De grootste groei blijkt zichtbaar in de bouwnijverheid, waar zestig procent van de bestellers in 2020 minimaal \u00e9\u00e9n bestelling\u00a0deed. In 2019 was dat nog 44 procent.\u00a0Ook de horeca en handel groeien fors. Computers en kantoorartikelen blijven een prominente vaste waarde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Digitalisering<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">De kentering komt er volgens DHL omdat de generatie die digitaal is opgevoed voor de deur staat van management- en bestuurskamers. Voor deze groep is digitaal zakendoen vanzelfsprekend. Daarnaast heeft het coronavirus laten zien dat het bezoeken van inkoopbeurzen en persoonlijke verkoopgesprekken niet per definitie noodzakelijk zijn en deze zaken niet schalen op een manier die technologie wel faciliteert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">B2B<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bij\u00a0B2B\u00a0is de koper echter niet altijd de gebruiker van een product. Er wordt verwacht dat ieder contactmoment waarde toevoegt en verder bouwt op de eerdere communicatie.\u00a0Een deel van de oplossing zou kunnen liggen in het nadenken over een \u2018shared\u00a0buyer\u00a0context\u2019. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de informatie over klanten, zoals wie ze zijn en waarom ze voor je kiezen, beschikbaar is voor iedereen die direct en indirect bezig is met contactmomenten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Garanties<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">B2B-aankopen worden ook steeds meer door een selecte vertegenwoordiging gedaan, denk \u00e9\u00e9n of twee mensen van een organisatie. Die groepen moet je in kaart hebben om in te kunnen spelen op hun voorkeuren. Zoals bij de aanschaf van een marketingplatform. Dan is marketing in de lead, maar zullen IT en Finance ook een stem hebben, dus moet dat ook meegenomen worden in de context. Daarbij mag niet vergeten worden dat B2B-klanten dit alles nu al willen hebben. Zo zijn e-commerce verkopen zonder enige sales ondersteuning van veertien procent in 2015 naar 22 procent gestegen in 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Toekomst<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Zoals hierboven beschreven zullen er meer kansen komen voor\u00a0B2B-ontwikkelingen, groothandels zullen in toenemende mate de consument rechtstreeks benaderen. Hierbij wordt er ook gesproken over het belang van chatbots en virtual\u00a0assistants.
