In mei ondervroeg het bedrijf dat het verzendproces voor webshops optimaliseert zo&#8217;n 6000 Europese consumenten, waarvan 1000 Nederlanders. Het schuldgevoel is in onze buurlanden een stuk verder ontwikkeld: gemiddeld heeft een op de drie Europese shoppers last van bezorgschaamte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ondanks dat de Nederlandse consument zich niet schuldig voelt over hun online shopgedrag, is het zich wel degelijk bewust van de gevolgen hiervan voor het milieu. Bijna de helft geeft namelijk aan het wel een probleem te vinden voor het milieu. Meer dan de helft geeft zelfs aan behoefte te hebben aan een keurmerk voor duurzame bezorging dat de uitstoot van bezorgopties inzichtelijk maakt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Volgens het onderzoek zijn Nederlanders ook best bereid het gedrag aan te passen als dit het klimaat ten goede komt. 58 procent zegt best langer te willen wachten op een pakket als dit tot minder CO2-uitstoot leidt. 59,1 procent is bereid\u00a0pakketten\u00a0af te halen\u00a0op een afhaalpunt als dit duurzamer is dan thuisbezorging.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uit onderzoek van\u00a0Sendcloud\u00a0blijkt dat de Nederlandse consument weinig last heeft van een bezwaard geweten over de gevolgen van online shoppen op het milieu.\u00a0Slechts een kwart van de Nederlanders heeft last van een schuldgevoel over de gevolgen van online shoppen.
