Marketeers zullen moeten gaan accepteren dat de wereld van\u00a0adverteren aan het veranderen is. De wereld van online marketing is meer in beweging dan ooit\u00a0tevoren. Om op de ontwikkeling in te kunnen spelen,\u00a0delen wij\u00a0in dit artikel 7 verschillende trends voor\u00a0Social\u00a0Media.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Creators maken de dienst uit<br \/>\n<\/strong>Meer dan ooit tevoren hebben de creators de macht in handen.\u00a0Social\u00a0Media platformen worden gemaakt of gekraakt doordat creators het platform van unieke content voorzien.\u00a0Veel partijen hebben een fund opgezet om creators en\u00a0influencers\u00a0naar het bedrijf te kunnen halen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Targeting\u00a0gaat terug naar de basis<br \/>\n<\/strong>Met het verdwijnen van Third-party data en de mate waarin de consument controle heeft over de eigen gegevens, moet de online marketing eigenlijk terug naar de basis met de targeting. Dit houdt in dat er meer getarget wordt op basis van Demografische gegevens, interesseprofielen en op basis van het gedrag op Social Media. Veel partijen zijn nu ook al bezig om de targetingmogelijkheden op basis van de eigen data zoveel mogelijk te optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Social\u00a0commerce neemt een vlucht<br \/>\n<\/strong>Er zijn steeds meer merken die tegen de grenzen van het last-click model van Google aanlopen. Op deze reden is\u00a0Social\u00a0commerce een zeer interessante ontwikkeling. Dit omdat\u00a0Social\u00a0Media een enorme vlucht heeft genomen in de coronatijd en daarmee ook het aantal consumenten dat via\u00a0Social\u00a0Media over zijn gegaan tot aankopen.\u00a0Social\u00a0Media is door haar enorme aantal gebruikers en rijkdom aan data zeer\u00a0schaalbaar. Vooral Google\u00a0Ads\u00a0gaan\u00a0uit van Pullmarketing; dit is zeer scherp qua kosten per conversie, maar begrenst de schaalbaarheid. De\u00a0Social\u00a0Media platformen kunnen een look-a-like publiek en push-geori\u00ebnteerde\u00a0aanpak snel en meer opschalen.\u00a0Social\u00a0Media\u00a0bevat tenslotte\u00a0de unieke eigenschap om inspiratie aan commercie te kunnen koppelen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Tiktok<br \/>\n<\/strong>Net als in 2021 zal er weinig spannends zijn tussen de grote platformen onderling. Het is voor nieuwe toetreders steeds lastiger om de massa te kunnen bereiken.\u00a0TikTok\u00a0zal ongetwijfeld blijven groeien\u00a0waardoor de kansen\u00a0op het gebied van marketing\u00a0hierin\u00a0ook zullen toenemen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. De strijd tegen fake\u00a0news<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vrijwel de gehele wereld vraagt om meer controle op de content die verschijnt op de verschillende platformen (haatdragende content, fake news). Is de strijd tegen fake news doorgeslagen op Social Media? De belangrijkste maatschappelijke discussie over wat nu goed of fout is. De mate waarin een Social Media gigant kan besluiten welke content goed of fout is, is voor veel mensen een begrijpelijke angst, aangezien commerci\u00eble partijen daarmee bepalen wat het wereldbeeld is van de consument.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Voice is een blijvertje op\u00a0Social\u00a0Media<br \/>\n<\/strong>De grootste winnaar van 2021 was zonder twijfel TikTok. De op voice gerichte Social app Clubhouse kwam met een enorme klapper binnen, maar heeft tocht niet aan de behoefte kunnen voldoen. Dit is een enorm nadeel wanneer je als nieuwe toetreder in een markt komt waarin machtige spelers actief zijn. De macht van Social Media ligt in de massa, wanneer deze besluiten features van nieuwe toetreders te kopi\u00ebren, dan zullen deze snel de overhand krijgen. Toch heeft Clubhouse een enorme beweging in gang gezet. Iedere grote gigant op Social Media heeft het afgelopen jaar voice features gelanceerd. Deze ontwikkeling is ook niet meer terug te draaien. Voice is nu een onmisbaar deel van Social Media. Podcasting was al enorm aan het groeien en dat wordt nu door de Voice features versterkt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. AR &amp; VR transformeren\u00a0Social\u00a0Media tot\u00a0metaverse<br \/>\n<\/strong>De toekomst van de digitale wereld heet\u00a0Metaverse. Het idee dat mensen niet zijn gemaakt om naar platte schermen te kijken, maar steeds een bredere adaptie van AR en VR zorgt voor een steeds\u00a0meer\u00a0virtuele digitale wereld. Een digitale projectie van de wereld die\u00a0volgens kenners een economie zal gaan opleveren die nog groter is dan die van het huidige internet.<\/p>\n<p>Social\u00a0Media is een onmisbaar deel van bijna iedere marketingstrategie.
