Zij overwegen nu de overstap naar Real Attribution,<br \/>\nomdat er grote verschillen zijn in flexibiliteit, performance en ROI van de twee modellen.<br \/>\nDit artikel gaat nader in op het verschil tussen beide modellen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In een Assisted Commission model betalen adverteerders een extra commissie voor assisting<br \/>\ntouchpoints binnen het conversiepad. Als een transactie drie assists bevat, dan belonen de<br \/>\nadverteerders deze touchpoints met een \u2018bonus\u2019. Real Attribution heeft een ander uitgangspunt.<br \/>\nHet attribution model bepaalt het aandeel van elk touchpoint dat betrokken is bij de transactie en<br \/>\nbeloont dat naar evenredigheid.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-42557 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Modelo-RA-vs-Comi-asistida2-1.png\" alt=\"Real Attribution - Custom Model in detail\" width=\"840\" height=\"274\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Totale CPO versus extra vergoedingen<\/h2>\n<p>Transparantie over het bedrag dat je voor een transactie betaalt, is iets waar alle partijen binnen<br \/>\nde e-commerce van profiteren. Een adverteerder die werkt met Real Attribution berekent eerst<br \/>\nde optimale Cost per Order om die daarna te verdelen over alle touchpoints. Zo weet je vooraf<br \/>\nprecies welk bedrag je moet vergoeden. Binnen een Assisted Commission model weet je dat<br \/>\nniet. Je weet pas achteraf wat je totale CPO is, omdat je nog voor eventuele assists moet betalen.<br \/>\nPublishers kunnen maximaal profijt uit dit model halen door simpelweg te beginnen met een<br \/>\ngrote hoeveelheid verkeer van lage kwaliteit. De adverteerder moet dan een hogere vergoeding<br \/>\nbetalen, waardoor zijn ROI daalt.<\/p>\n<h2>Beloon bijdragen in de hele funnel<\/h2>\n<p>Als we Attribution trajecten analyseren, zien we dat bepaalde sitetypen op een aantal punten in<br \/>\nhet conversiepad clusteren. Als een klant bijvoorbeeld een vakantie boekt, zien we aan het begin<br \/>\nvan het conversiepad veel contentsites en bloggers. In de volgende stap verzamelt de klant op<br \/>\ndiverse sites prijzen en aanbiedingen, terwijl hij aan het eind van het traject op zoek gaat naar<br \/>\nde beste deal op voucher en cashback sites. In een assisted model kunnen adverteerders geen<br \/>\nbeloning toekennen aan publishers die waarde toevoegen gedurende het traject. Het model<br \/>\nbeloont alleen de publishers die zich aan het einde van het conversiepad bevinden, op het laatste<br \/>\ntouchpoint. Dat betekent dat adverteerders alleen extra vergoedingen uitkeren aan publishers<br \/>\nvan hetzelfde sitetype als die van de converterende publisher. Bij Real Attribution is de totale Cost<br \/>\nper Order vooraf bekend en krijgen alle publishers van hetzelfde sitetype een gelijke beloning,<br \/>\nconform hun rol. Als adverteerder hoef je niets extra te betalen. Dat niet alleen, maar je weet ook<br \/>\nzeker dat de publishers die waarde toevoegen eerlijk voor hun inspanningen worden beloond.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarde toevoegen<\/h2>\n<p>Door Real Attribution te gebruiken kunnen adverteerders verschillende sitetypen of<br \/>\nmarktsegmenten binnen hun attributiemodel belonen op basis van hun eigen voorkeur. Ze<br \/>\nvoegen waarde toe daar waar ze dat willen door gewicht toe te kennen aan specifieke sitetypen<br \/>\nof marktsegmenten. De keuze voor een attributiemodel stelt de adverteerder ook in staat de<br \/>\nperformancecampagne af te stemmen op de online-marketingdoelen. Zo zal een Position-Based<br \/>\nmodel zorgen voor naamsbekendheid, terwijl een Time-decay model meer de nadruk legt op<br \/>\nconversie. Een benadering op basis van toegevoegde waarde is niet mogelijk binnen een Assisted<br \/>\nCommission model. Dat neemt namelijk het gekozen aantal assists als uitgangspunt, ongeacht het<br \/>\ntype site, het totale aantal touchpoints of het marktsegment.<\/p>\n<h2>The power of display<\/h2>\n<p>Voor affiliates die gebruikmaken van banners is attributie een zeer krachtig model, omdat<br \/>\nhet doelpubliek van hun publishers identiek is aan dat van henzelf. Ze kunnen publishers<br \/>\nmotiveren hun banner te plaatsen door de impressies als valide touchpoint op te nemen in<br \/>\nhet affiliatekanaal. Zo kan het aantal impressies van de banners enorm stijgen waardoor meer<br \/>\ntransacties ontstaan. Binnen een Assisted Commission model is het niet mogelijk op basis van<br \/>\nimpressies te belonen. Dat maakt het plaatsen van banners voor publishers financieel een<br \/>\nstuk minder aantrekkelijk, want de kans dat zo\u2019n banner de laatste click is, is relatief klein. De<br \/>\ncombinatie van het belonen van \u2018impressies als valide touchpoint\u2019 met een langer Attribution<br \/>\nvenster (iets wat niet instelbaar is binnen een Assisted Commission model) kan leiden tot een veel<\/p>\n<h2>Andere kanalen intergreren<\/h2>\n<p>Het laatste niet onbelangrijke verschil tussen Real Attribution en Assisted Commission is de<br \/>\nmogelijkheid om andere kanalen te integreren. Aangezien Real Attribution een onbeperkt aantal<br \/>\ntouchpoints toestaat en mogelijkheden biedt die de performance in het hele kanaal verbeteren,<br \/>\nis het lucratief andere kanalen te integreren door tracking links naar links van andere kanalen<br \/>\ntoe te voegen. Zo bleek dat door opname van retargeting channels in het performancekanaal<br \/>\ntransacties voor andere publishers met 20% toenamen.
