De verandering is niet alleen zichtbaar op publisherniveau maar wordt binnen TradeTracker ook duidelijk in de wereldwijde cijfers. Dit artikel gaat in op de meest opvallende wijzigingen in de customer journey, onder andere het aantal actieve publishers, de gemiddelde lengte van het conversiepad, het aantal betrokken touchpoints en de diversiteit in het traject. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-44025\" src=\"https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"167\" height=\"138\" \/>Real Attribution verandert de manier waarop publishers hun campagnes promoten. Omdat zij nu de kans hebben op een commissie voor iedere stap in de customer journey, passen zij hun promoties zo aan dat ze maximaal van het Real Attribution model profiteren. Dit leidt tot wijzigingen in het conversiepad van deze adverteerders.<\/p>\n<h2>Gemiddelde padlengte<\/h2>\n<p>Een van de grootste veranderingen in campagnes binnen het Real Attribution model is de lengte van het gemiddelde conversiepad. Door het grotere aantal publishers in de eerste fasen van de customer journey is de gemiddelde padlengte gestegen van 18,74 dagen naar 25,05 dagen. En met de groeiende belangstelling van publishers voor attributiecampagnes neemt die lengte nog iedere week toe . Op individueel niveau zien we al dat publishers hun promoties afstemmen op het Real Attribution model. Ook de lengte van het pad waarbij slechts een specifieke publisher is betrokken, is toegenomen. De langere gemiddelde padlengte toont aan dat publishers beter in staat zijn hun invloed over de volle customer journey te spreiden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-44043 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"631\" height=\"54\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/2.png 631w, https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/2-300x26.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Aantal touchpoints<\/h2>\n<p>Een andere verandering die we al hadden voorzien, is de toename van het aantal touchpoints dat is betrokken bij \u00e9\u00e9n conversie. Uit een analyse van het totaal van alle conversiepaden blijkt dat dat het aantal touchpoints is gestegen van gemiddeld 2,43 naar 3,16. Het cre\u00ebren van meer touchpoints door de publisher leidt tot meer exposure, meer naamsbekendheid en uiteindelijk meer transacties voor de adverteerder.<\/p>\n<p>Deze toename is te danken aan twee factoren:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;\">1) Meer grote (media) publishers tekenen in op campagnes;<br \/>\n2) Meer verkeer vanaf de grootste publishers, omdat hun eCPC bij Real Attribution toeneemt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-44062 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"577\" height=\"66\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/3.png 577w, https:\/\/tradetracker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/3-300x34.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 577px) 85vw, 577px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Diversiteit in conversiepad (naar publisher\/sitetype)<\/p>\n<p>Een ander interessant verschijnsel is de grotere variatie aan publishers die campagnes promoten. Het gemiddelde aantal publishers betrokken bij een transactie is gestegen van 1,9 naar 2,7. Maar ook als we kijken naar sitetype is het verschil opvallend. Zo steeg het aantal sitetypen binnen het conversiepad van 1,4 naar 2,1. Hier zijn twee belangrijke redenen voor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1) Campagnes die binnen een last click model worden gedomineerd door specifieke publishers of sitetypen, zijn nu ook aantrekkelijk voor andere publishers en sitetypen.<br \/>\n2) Adverteerders die voorheen niet met specifieke sitetypen wilden werken, stellen nu hun campagnes open voor deze publishers, omdat zij voor elk touchpoint een eerlijke vergoeding ontvangen.<\/p>\n<p>Uit de cijfers blijkt niet alleen dat Real Atrtibution een verschuiving teweeg heeft gebracht in het gedrag van publishers, maar ook in het consumentengedrag. Publishers gaan zich steeds meer richten op de complete customer journey in plaats van alleen de laatste clicks.
