From now on, our services and websites will be referred to as "online services".

2. Our online services

We are an affiliate marketing network. This means that we have created a network of online merchants who want to promote their products and services online, and we can connect them to a network of online publishers who can display advertisements for these products and services. Publishers can work with websites, apps, or other digital services.

Our role is to help advertisers and publishers understand which advertisements displayed by publishers have generated sales, leads, or other actions for advertisers. This allows advertisers to pay the publisher only when the ad is displayed (or any alternative required action occurs) and the publisher refers to the advertiser's identity, resulting in a conversion.

We use data, including cookies, to achieve this understanding. This data refers to individuals, but does not identify them by name. This also applies to the referral that occurs between two websites. We also maintain a database of links to individual devices so that we can understand whether advertising on the primary device can drive a consumer to convert on another device. This database does not allow you to identify people by name.

We do not build profiles that show the use of the Internet over a period of time by certain individuals. We also do not use product and service aggregation based on the intended interests of the user. Our role is to measure the effectiveness of a particular online advertisement.

Therefore, if you click on an advertisement on one website and then complete a transaction on the website to which you were directed, we may process your personal data so that the publisher of the advertisement can be paid to display those advertisements.

Request a copy of the data we process about you and correct inaccuracies

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold and have the right to correct any inaccuracies.

We will make efforts to the extent necessary by law to supply, correct, or delete personal information remaining about you on our files (and with any third parties to whom it has been disclosed).

Object to the processing of data about you

You can ask us to restrict, stop processing or delete your personal data if:

- you have agreed to the processing of personal data and have withdrawn this consent;

-we no longer need to process this personal data for the reason for which it was collected;

-we process this personal data because it is in the public interest, or it is in order to pursue the legitimate interest of TT or a third party, and you do not consent to this processing and there is no longer any other legitimate interest for us;

- personal data has been processed illegally;

-you need personal data that will be deleted in order to comply with legal obligations;

Receive a machine-readable copy of your personal data that you can use with another service provider

-If we process data in order to fulfill our obligations to you, or because you have consented to this processing being carried out by automated means, we will help you copy or transfer your personal data to other IT systems.

-If you send a request, we will provide you with the relevant personal data in CSV format. If technically possible, you can ask us to send this information directly to another IT system provider.

If you believe it is appropriate, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

7. Data Retention

We will store your personal information in our systems for as long as it is necessary for the relevant service, or as described in this privacy policy.

8. Children

We do not use our online services to knowingly request or target information about children under the age of 13. Our terms of use prohibit users under the age of 13 from accessing our online services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe we may have any information about a child under 13 years of age, please contact us.

9. Security

We will take all necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse or loss of your personal information. Our databases are protected by a password that only a few key employees have access to (e.g. TradeTracker management or employees whose position requires access to the system).

Keep in mind that while we are committed to the security of the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.

10. International data transfers

Our servers are located in Ireland.

Your personal information may be transferred outside the EU by any of our partners. We advise you to read their privacy policies and/or terms if you are concerned about data being transferred outside the EU.

When we transfer your information outside the EU, we have on-site arrangements with those parties that include standard data protection clauses adopted by the data protection regulator and approved by the European Commission to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data.
